My workflow and deliverables vary depending on each project and their necessities, but these are some of my responsibilities as Experience Designer:
- Strategy and Content: Competitor analysis, business requirements, product structure and strategies and directions for content generation.
- User Research: User personas, journey mapping, A/B test, investigative user studies, contextual inquire and usability testing or cooperative evaluation (plan and conduct).
- Information Architecture: Navigation, wireframe, interactive prototypes, labelling systems and functionalities documentation.
- Executions and Analytics: Support the User Interface Designer to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience, support the developers and validation before launching. After the product goes live, I’m responsible for tracking goals and keep improving the experience.
I worked for different industries such as pharmaceutics, TV and media, government, internet provider, technology consulting, hotel and tourism, fashion brands and some start ups. These are some example of the brands and companies that I have been working with:
Avanade is a global technology consultancy firm owned by Accenture and Microsoft. Present in more 20 different countries, with have 70 offices around the world. I was part of the XD team, in Australia.
With Avanade and Accenture, I worked on projects for the Digital Transformation of the Australian Government, for a national financial service brand and one of the biggest player of the gambling industry in Australia.
