I’ve worked with a range of industries, from banking and public sector to media products like Big Brother and The Voice.
THE VOICE (2013)
I worked for the website of The Voice Brasil (2013), the Brazilian edition of the American reality television singing competition. In Brazil this show is aired by TV Globo. For more details, visit my Behance.
SUNCORP INNOVATION LAB (2016)
Suncorp is one of Australia's largest banks. I've worked on something with their Innovation Lab team, in a partnership with Deloitte Digital.
Telstra is the largest telco and media company in Australia. I've worked on something related to their media products subscriptions (like Netflix, Stan, AFL subscriptions, movies, etc).
CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AUTHORITY - AUSTRALIAN GOV (2016)
CASA is the government department responsible for the regulation of civil aviation, in Australia. I worked on their CX vision and roadmap for a Digital Transformation program (it's still under development).
FIRJAN System is a network of private nonprofit organisation in Rio. The website had an enormous amount of information to be organised. I worked on it with Agencia Amo in 2013 and 2014, they just finish developing in 2015, so you can check it out online. For more details, visit the project on my Behance.
QUEENSLAND URBAN UTILITIES (2016)
QUU is the main water provider in QLD, Australia. I've been involved in the design of their customer portal. Mainly responsible for prototyping and Usability Testing. For more details, check the project page on my Behance.
BIG BROTHER (2009)
I participated on the design and development team for the Big Brother Brazil Season 9 website. I worked on the information archteture and functional documentation.
The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) is a motoring club that provides roadside assistance, insurance and financial services. I've been involved as designer and researcher on something for RACQ.
QSuper is Queensland’s largest super fund. I worked as UX Researcher for a piece in their current website, doing interviews, journey map and usability testing at the prototype stages. Read more about it at Deloitte Digital.
ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE (2016)
Allianz in a global player in the insurance industry. I've worked as UX researcher on something for Allianz in Australia.
ATLANTICA HOTELS (2013)
Atlantica is the biggest private hotel network in South America. They own 10 brands, including 4Points by Sheraton and Radisson. I worked on two projects for them (with Agencia Amo) mainly doing information architecture and wireframing.
Globo.com is the most accessed portal in Brazil. The homepage is a gateway to the websites and products of Globo Organisations like globo esporte, G1, magazines sites, newspapers as well as TV news programs, soap operas and other TV programs portals. I worked on the homepage in 2011 (the current version in production is not mine). For more details, visit my Behance.
G1 is most accessed news portal in Brazil. I've worked in several projects related to the portal over a year's time. The biggest one had the purpose of covering the entire country within G1. The portal covers news about approximately 6000 cities in Brazil, all filtered using semantic content. For more details, visit the project on my Behance.
AUSTRALIAN TAXATION OFFICE (2015)
I worked on a confidential project with the ATO design team. My responsibilities included wireframing, interactive prototyping and planing usability testing.
TATTS GROUP (2015)
Tatts is one of the biggest player in gaming/lotteries in Australia. I worked with them designing a Self Betting terminal, a machine placed in pubs and agencies. I did contextual inquiry, personas and User Interface Design.
Competitor analysis, business requirements, product structure and strategy plan.
Wireframes and interactive prototypes.
